Got this for my mom for Mother’s Day to celebrate her becoming a grandma and she started crying when she opened it. It’s really well made and the quality of the material is apparent if you’ve ever spent time comparing printed swag mugs. It’s thinner than most mugs, which gives it a higher end feel than most you buy off Amazon. It seems to be between a high end thin ceramic and a lesser quality thick china. The color is great (it’s part of the material and is on both the inside and outside) and the foil printing seems to be holding up well.It comes in a printed pink box that has a similar pattern to it. The box isn’t the best but it’s definitely better than lots of mug boxes. The mug is then wrapped in bubble wrap on the inside.Overall I’m extremely happy with the product. I know it will get a ton of use by a grandma who loves tea.
